The heart of Kingsman Adventures is to cultivate long lasting disciplines, instill responsibility and establish physical & mental perseverance. To invoke a sense of purpose, usher leadership qualities and re-establish confidence and to form a strong sense of identity and comradery. The goal is to embody essential life lessons my means of these activities, to push students limits and boundaries, Creating environments where they are forced to become self-relent and use the skills and techniques, they’ve been taught to conquer those situations. Furthermore, as an outcome, to create a bridge where they’ll be able to apply it to any challenge they might face as their lives progress. This bridge will also teach them to overcome hardships and disappointments and to rise into their true identities and purpose. To conquer themselves.

Core Values

These 7 core values embed the cornerstone of what we do, these values are also the qualities we desire to develop and impart in the students attending our courses. They are the guiding principles that will always remain constant, whatever the situation or circumstance. All activities and tasks executed throughout our courses are designed to test and develop these qualities.

 Accountability:

Showing accountability is taking ownership of any situations or challenge you commit yourself too. It means seeing things through to the very end and taking responsibility for whatever happens up until then – good or bad. It also means not blame-shifting if things go wrong or different of how it was anticipated. Instead, doing your utmost best to make things right and staying on course.

Integrity:

Integrity is being honest, not only with others but also yourself. It means living by an uncompromising code of moral and ethical values and beliefs, not only through your words but also your actions. It is the discipline of doing the right thing, all the time, even if no one is watching. Integrity means always keeping your word, constraining from lies and excuses, no matter the situation or outcome.

Self-Discipline:

Self-discipline is the ability to push yourself forward, staying motivated and taking action, regardless of how you’re feeling- physically, emotionally or spiritually. It is the act of consistently rising up and overcoming self-doubt and procrastination by intentionally choosing to pursue something better for oneself and to do it despite of factors such as distractions, hardship, unfavorable odds or lack of motivation.

Selflessness:

Selflessness means going beyond your own concerns and struggles and emphasizing with others, being humble and having a broader view than ourselves. It means to truly listen to others and to put ourselves in their position, to say “we” instead of “I”. To find pleasure in helping others and seeing them rising above their own limits and believes and celebrating those victories as if they were their own.

Courage:

Courage is having the strength to persevere and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty. To decide to take a risk without knowing the outcome. It entails even more than just physical heroic acts, it means showing up and letting yourself be seen, despite the risk and possibility of humiliation or failure. Ultimately courage comes through vulnerability, when you choose to show up in this way, you open yourself up to beauty, joy, and connection, but you can only do this by accepting that there could be pain.

Respect:

Respect means accepting someone for who they are, even when they’re different from you or you don’t agree with them. Also, by respecting yourself and accepting who and where you are in this very moment. Always treating others and yourself with love and care. It’s the result of staying true to your values and never compromising. Respect doesn’t come naturally – it is learned and earned.

Love:

Love is ultimately what it all boils down to. This should be a measuring unit to every word, action, and deed that we ever perform. It is love that binds us together as beings and to God. No matter the situation or circumstances, love will always be the answer and love truly conquers all things. It is the epitome of what makes us who we are. With every breath, we should live by loving others, ourselves, and our Creator.

Hugard Benade Co-Founder (Adventure guide)

Fueled by a passion for adventure, I discovered the transformative power of overcoming challenges from an early age. Over a decade working with teenagers at a youth camp revealed a lack of clear aspirations. This prompted me to help establish Kingsman Adventures with a mission to guide the next generation towards defined goals and direction. Nature, for me, has always been a place of natural rest, and through guiding teenagers in the outdoors, we aim to inspire big dreams, belief in noble causes, and purposeful action.

Pierre Smith Co-Founder (Field Guide, Ex Parachute Regiment Operator)

Ever since I was young, I’ve been drawn to adventure, finding solace and self-discovery in the great outdoors. This passion ignited the creation of Kingsman Adventures, a platform dedicated to supporting troubled youth as they navigate life’s challenges. My journey began with service in The Parachute Regiment, where I gained invaluable experience and skills. Transitioning from the military, I pursued my love for nature by becoming a qualified Nature Guide, allowing me to deepen my understanding of the wild and its healing qualities. Now, by sharing my experiences and knowledge, I aim to guide and mentor our youth. To help them conquer themselves.
